Nothing Beats the First Time

As part of our plans to make money for our Palawan Trip this April, the Laagans (Tope, Jazzy, Calai, Deu, Vanvan, Chai, Chris, Sanny and me) had our first take on entrepreneurship. We catered the food for the Mazda contingent-- hundreds of dancers and staff.

None of us were really winners at cooking. Sure we can whip up a really good dish, but not really good enough to the point of cooking a good dish for hundreds of people. But I believe you really don't need to be super good about what you're doing, you just have to set your heart to it.

And of course since we've set our minds at making good money for our summer trip, we were able to successfully sail through what we thought was an impossible feat.

Atan, we miss you... :) You could've been really really useful in the kitchen, hehehe.
